By downloading or using the app, these terms automatically apply to you — please read them carefully before using the app.

You are not permitted to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or any of the associated trademarks. Attempting to extract the source code, translate the app into other languages, or create derivative versions is not allowed. The app itself, along with all trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, remain the property of Dario Digregorio Apps.

## Service Changes and Charges

Dario Digregorio Apps is committed to making the app as useful and efficient as possible. We reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for services at any time and for any reason. You will never be charged without being clearly informed of exactly what you are paying for.

## Your Responsibilities

The Yawa: Radar & Weather app stores and processes personal data you have provided in order to deliver the service. It is your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, as doing so removes software restrictions imposed by the official operating system. This can make your phone vulnerable to malware or malicious programs, compromise security features, and cause the app to malfunction or stop working entirely.

The app uses third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions:

## Connectivity and Mobile Data

Certain functions of the app require an active internet connection via Wi-Fi or your mobile network. Dario Digregorio Apps cannot be held responsible if the app does not work at full functionality when you lack a suitable connection.

If you use the app outside of a Wi-Fi area, your mobile network provider's agreement still applies and you may incur data charges, including roaming charges if you are outside your home territory. If you are not the bill payer for the device, we assume you have received permission from the bill payer to use the app.

## Device Responsibility

Dario Digregorio Apps cannot be held responsible for circumstances arising from your own device, such as the device running out of battery and preventing access to the service.

## Accuracy of Information

While we endeavour to keep the app updated and correct at all times, we rely on third parties to provide data. Dario Digregorio Apps accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, resulting from reliance on this information.

## Updates and Termination

The app is currently available on Android and iOS. System requirements for these platforms may change, and you may need to download updates to continue using the app. Dario Digregorio Apps does not guarantee that the app will always be updated to remain compatible with the OS version installed on your device.

We may also choose to stop providing the app and may terminate its use at any time without notice. Upon termination: (a) all rights and licences granted to you under these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the app and delete it from your device if instructed.

## Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Updates will be communicated by posting the revised terms here.
